She Has the Courage to Lead

She Has the Courage to Lead is a podcast series that brings together some of Australia’s most influential women to share their personal stories and experiences of leadership. Each episode explores what it truly means to lead with purpose and authenticity, and why it is crucial to support and uplift women in the workplace. These conversations highlight the challenges, triumphs, and lessons learned along the way, offering powerful insights for women looking to lead with impact and create positive change in their careers and communities. Woman at Work

The Women at Work initiative, founded by Michelle Boundy on International Women’s Day 2024, is dedicated to educating, empowering, and enhancing the lives of women in the workplace. It champions kinder, safer, and more inclusive environments, inspiring meaningful change and supporting women to thrive at every stage of their career journey. As part of this work, Michelle actively meets with Ministers, Commissioners, WHS Regulators, Unions, and Senior Government Officials to address the issues facing women at work. She also champions the outstanding efforts already underway across sectors to enhance women’s lives in the workplace and strengthen their ability to thrive long term.

Michelle Boundy is a sought-after speaker and dedicated community advocate who regularly attends events to support businesses, community initiatives, and charities that empower women—both in the workplace and beyond. Drawing on her extensive government experience and her leadership of the She Inspires Me movement, Michelle shares her passion for building safer, more inclusive, and kinder environments where women can truly thrive. She is also the founder of the Women at Work initiative, launched on International Women’s Day 2024, which is dedicated to educating, empowering, and enhancing the lives of women in the workplace. The initiative champions kinder, safer, and more inclusive environments, inspiring meaningful change and supporting women to thrive at every stage of their career journey.

International Women’s Day 2025

Our founder, Michelle Boundy, was honored to be invited as the keynote Speaker for the NSW Police Force International Women’s Day Event in March 2025, with over 120 distinguished guests, including the Honorable NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb AMP and NSW Police Assistant Commissioner Dean Smith. This year’s theme, Accelerate Action, is a powerful call to unite and drive real change for gender equality. Official photos will be released soon.

NSW Police Legacy ‘Blue Ribbon Ball’

Our founder Michelle Boundy is honored to be invited as a guest at the annual Police Legacy ‘Blue Ribbon Ball’ which raises much needed funds for the foundation. The NSW Police Legacy was established in 1987 to provide support to police families who have suffered the loss of a loved one. Today, NSW Police Legacy continues to enhance the lives of Police Legatees by providing support to families through the provision of meaningful benefits, services, and advocacy. CBD Sydney Business Chamber

This week our founder Michelle had the privilege of attending the CBD Sydney Business Chamber After 5 Networking Event held at the stunning CUPRA City Garage in the heart of Sydney CBD.
