Our Story

She Inspires Me began with a simple yet powerful mission: to celebrate the achievements of women and amplify their voices to inspire meaningful change. Founded on International Women’s Day in March 2023, we set out to highlight the strength, resilience, and contributions of women in workplaces, communities, and beyond, proving that women truly can have it all.

What started as a passion project has quickly grown into one of Australia’s most influential movements, driven by the belief that every woman has a story worth telling. From corporate boardrooms to small businesses, from balancing family and career to breaking through societal barriers, we shine a light on women’s journeys to success. These stories demonstrate that with determination, women can thrive professionally, raise happy families, achieve financial independence, and live fulfilling lives—redefining what it means to "have it all."

At the heart of She Inspires Me is our Tell Your Story initiative, which invites women to share their personal experiences of triumph over adversity. These stories not only celebrate their accomplishments but also raise awareness of the systemic challenges women continue to face. By fostering dialogue, solidarity, and action, we aim to redefine success for women everywhere and create workplaces and communities where everyone can thrive.
