As a recognized Subject Matter Expert in Workplace Safety, Wellbeing and Culture, she is a sought-after keynote speaker, guest speaker, mediator, and panelist. Michelle has won multiple awards for her contributions and has successfully initiated two (2) wellbeing reforms across separate Government sectors, enhancing the lives of thousands of workers.
